Nikkie brings together a background in physiotherapy, specialist training in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching, and more than a decade of experience supporting people living with chronic health challenges.
She provides a collaborative space for people to explore their experience of chronic ill health, including the emotional and stress-related aspects that can accompany it. She also supports carers, whose own needs and wellbeing can easily become overlooked.
Nikkie is driven by a strong belief that people living with chronic illness deserve to feel heard, respected and supported. Her approach is shaped by both her professional experience within the UK's NHS and her own experience of chronic ill health, giving her a deep understanding of how complex and challenging life with ongoing health conditions can be.

Samantha believes knowing and understanding how you’re feeling isn’t enough to create meaningful, long-lasting change. Working with the mind and body together, her person centred approach creates a safe space where clients can move at their own pace, going gently to the roots of what keeps them from living as who they really are.
Her clients range from feeling stuck, anxious and on the verge of burnout to those carrying complex trauma rooted in childhood experiences.
She has been featured in industry leading publications such as Psychologies Magazine, The Independent, Glamour, Sheerluxe and Woman and Home.

Georgina has 30 years of experience working with people in therapeutic settings. She is qualified and certified in a variety of psychotherapeutic treatment modalities including Client Centred Counselling, Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
She is fundamentally client centred in her approach, and as such she always likes to accommodate clients by focusing upon the healing modality they feel most aligned with.
